I am pleased to announce the launch of Senior Lifestyle Associates. SLA has been formed to capitalize on the demands created by the explosive growth of the senior population in the U.S. These demands will drive strong growth in the senior living industry over the next several decades. At our early stage we wanted to reach out to our friends and contacts who may be interested in learning more about our high growth business model or assist in identifying potential opportunities, ranging from prospective acquisitions to potential capital sources.
Our objective is simple. A buy and build strategy with serial accretive acquisitions in a highly fragmented, high growth industry. Our internal target is $100 million in revenues in our first year while on a private-to-public path.
