InterContinental Hotels Group is developing a Kimpton hotel in Paris that will open in 2020, its second hotel in Europe.
The hotel, to be located near the Paris Opera, will have 149 guestrooms and 27 suites, spa and fitness facilities, and meeting space.
“Bringing Kimpton to Paris marks another milestone for expansion of the brand into Europe, and we’re delighted to be working with AXA IM - Real Assets to bring Kimpton to France,” Angela Brav, IHG’s CEO, Europe, said in a statement.
The company is renovating the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam City Centre into a Kimpton. That hotel is scheduled to open in 2017.
