This Scottish island, said to have inspired cult horror movie The Wicker Man, can be yours for a mere £2.5million.
Tanera Mor, the largest of the Summer Isles in West Scotland, now only has two residents and Lizzie and Richard Williams have decided to sell up after the local Coigach mainland community decided against repopulating it.
Lizzie said: "After many years, it is time for someone else to look after this amazing place."
The Wicker Man, released in 1973, starred Edward Woodward, Christopher Lee and Britt Ekland.
The plot revolves around the visit of a policeman to an isolated island in search of a missing girl the locals claim never existed.
